Bookings
How do I book a service?
Browse services on the Services page, click Book on any service, select your preferred time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation immediately.
Can I book without creating an account?
You need to log in or create a free account to complete a booking. This ensures you can manage, view, and cancel your bookings.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to My Bookings, find the booking you want to cancel, and click Cancel. Please check the business's cancellation policy — some businesses charge a fee for late cancellations.
Can I choose a specific staff member?
Yes. When selecting a time slot, you'll see available staff members and can choose your preferred one, or select 'Any staff' for the first available.
For businesses
How do I list my business on rezervoj.com?
Register a business account, complete your profile, add your services and staff, and set your working hours. Your business will be live immediately.
Is it free to list my business?
Getting started is free. We offer a free plan with core features and premium plans for businesses that want advanced tools.
How do I manage my appointments?
Log in to your Business Dashboard to view upcoming bookings, manage services, update staff schedules, and access your business analytics.
Payments
How does payment work?
Payment terms are set by each business. Some businesses require payment at the time of booking; others accept payment in-person. This is shown clearly before you confirm.
What currencies are supported?
We support ALL (Albanian Lek), MKD (Macedonian Denar), EUR, and USD. Prices are shown in the currency set by the business.
