rezervoj.com is an online marketplace that connects clients with local service businesses. We facilitate bookings but are not a party to the service agreement between clients and businesses.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Bookings and payments
When you book a service, you enter into a direct agreement with the business. rezervoj.com processes payments on behalf of businesses. Prices displayed are set by the individual businesses. Cancellation policies vary per business and are shown before booking.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation terms are determined by each individual business. Some businesses charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows. Please review the cancellation policy before booking. rezervoj.com may charge a processing fee on refunds.
6. Business listings
Businesses registered on rezervoj.com are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, pricing, and the quality of services provided. rezervoj.com does not guarantee the quality or safety of any service.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading reviews; attempt to access systems without authorisation; scrape or harvest data from the platform; or interfere with the platform's operation.
8. Intellectual property
All content on rezervoj.com, including logos, text, and design, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
rezervoj.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the services booked through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pristina, Kosovo.
11. Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
